The GGPC admin Study Club is a virtual community designed for office managers and administrative leaders in dental practices, specifically for GGPC clients and GGPCi attendees. With eight programs offered annually, the club provides valuable opportunities for professional development. Each course is tailored to address current topics in practice management and is structured around lectures and peer discussions.

Managing vs. Leading: Learn the key difference and why it matters and when to do both.
Human Resource Essentials—101: A quick overview of essential HR knowledge every office manager should have, whether directly involved in HR or not.
Identifying Key Metrics— The Why’s, What’s & Huh’s?: Understand key performance indicators (KPIs), why they’re important, and how to use them effectively.
Facilitating Effective Meetings: This class will bring together Level 1 and Level 2 participants to explore strategies for eliminating the dread of team meetings. Afterward, the groups will split, with Level 1 focusing on strategies for leading effective team meetings, while Level 2 will dive into implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Pearls Session: This class brings together Level 1 and Level 2 participants for a peer-based learning session, offering a unique opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn from one another.
Level 2: Completing Level 1 is a pre-requisite for attending this course
Discover Your Working Genius: Understand how different strengths impact systems, processes, and project completion.
HR Essentials 2.0: Annual Policy & Benefits Review: Learn how to conduct a comprehensive annual review of your HR manual, benefits, and policies to ensure alignment with your practice’s vision, while also exploring the importance of Benefit Compensation Reviews for team clarity and compliance with evolving laws.
Facilitating Effective Meetings & SOPs : This class, with participants from Level 1, will focus on strategies to eliminate the dread of team meetings. Afterward, Level 2 will break out separately to introduce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aimed at creating a more efficient workflow.
Understanding KPIs: Learn how to interpret financial numbers and KPIs, when to bring them to your doctor, and how to use them to inform decisions.
